Week 7: Session 1, 2, and 3

       Salam all my dear friends and my lecturer... !! This week, after the previous week that I've learnt about MS Word, is represented about Spread Sheet Skills. This session is useful for users who are students and the one who is handing his work, especially an accountant.

     First Session: Microsoft Excel Basic


      The first main point of this session is CELL BASICS. Study this kind of the applications accompanying by some class activities makes me feaael so comfortable to learn and absorb. The main second point is identifying  COLUMNS, ROWS, AND CELL. As we're able to recognize those materials, we find it easy to create columns and make other important documents such invoice, time table, and so on. In this step, I learn how to change row height and column width, insert and delete row and columns, wrap text in a cell, and Merge cells.

       The other things that are also important in terms of learning Excel are Formatting, Creating Simple Formulas Formula, Creating Formulas with Cell References, and Creating a Formula using the Point and Click Method.

  


      


       Second Session: Microsoft Excel Advanced
     Continuously learn to the next session in the same week, I got one thing that I've never learnt before that is SPARK LINES.

      I very wonder what SPARK LINES are. Actually, sparklines are miniature charts that fit into a single cell. Also, we use spark lines for situations where we just want to make the data clearer and more eye-catching.There are 3 types: Line, Columns, and Rows.
     One more thing in this session is PIVOT TABLES. Users use pivot tables reports to
 make the data in worksheets much more manageable by summarizing the data and allowing user to manipulate it in different ways. For the other important point, it discuss about how to track changes, add comments, compare two versions of a worksheet, prepare a final version for sharing, including, how to check spelling.

     Third Session: Microsoft Excel


   For the last session of this week is the same as the last week of the previous week as well. Everything is done in teaching and practicing. Hence, the thing for students and I in this session is just practicing and doing as well revising all the main points and methods about what I've learnt.
